Roles and Responsibilities
- Identification of women members in the operational area
- JLG Group formation.
- Review Loan request & Evaluate creditworthiness and risks
- Contact Client to gather financial data and documentation
- Analyze risks and approve or reject loan request
- Set up payment plans
- Maintain updated records of loan application
- Regular follow up with clients about Recovery of Loans
- Monitor progress of existing loans
Skills and Qualification
- 12th Pass & Graduate
- Fresher/ Experience in MFI
